📋 Description

• Mojito is building the leading platform for crypto-native commerce and community • Empower brands and creators to launch digital experiences, marketplaces, and tokenized products with a Web3 toolkit • Founding Full-Stack Engineer to own architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, infrastructure • Work across stack: Next.js frontend, Go backend, GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure, PostgreSQL, smart contracts (Solidity/Move) • Establish engineering best practices and partner on product strategy and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and Kubernetes • Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategies • Strong skills in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservices • Crypto-native mindset with smart contract development experience (Solidity on Ethereum, Move on Sui) • Bonus: Strengths in performance tuning, observability, and tooling
