• Identify, engage, and secure new customers requiring EMC, Product Safety, and regulatory compliance testing services • Develop business opportunities within existing accounts while re-engaging lapsed customers • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring excellent customer experience • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and achieve agreed sales targets and KPI measures
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within a highly technical B2B environment • Confidence in identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships • Demonstrable success in generating new business and achieving sales targets • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience selling technical services, testing, inspection, certification, engineering, compliance, or related solutions • Full Driving Licence for use in the UK and willingness to travel for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events • Desirable: Degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline
