• Acquire new customers in bluesign’s current core industries Outdoor and Active Sportswear in the Territory • Acquire new customers in the new industries Denim, Professional Wear, Promotional Apparel and Footwear in the Territory • Focus lies on the acquisition of brands and retailers, but also on Garment Manufacturers/Assemblers, Material Manufacturers and Chemical Suppliers. • Work together with Brand Services to create initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention. • Execute targeted market penetration strategies to elevate bluesign’s presence and adoption within the territory. • Keep good relations to Marketing, Brand Services and other divisions / departments • Manage workload • Manage personal responsibilities and assignment • Manage trainings and qualifications individually • Establish the bluesign system and services in the target segments together with the bluesign organization (especially with CRM colleagues, Brand Services team and Marketing team) • Provide regular updates on sales activities, competitor activities, and market trends within the territory. • Meet or exceed objectives outlined in the mid-range plan and annual budgets, contributing to the overall growth strategy. • Uphold and implement company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in all sales and customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Established and profound network in textile brand world (+10 years brand experience) • Profound knowledge in textile supply chain (Product Design, Development, Sourcing, Materials, Quality/Sustainability Experience) • Experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives (textile-, NGOs and sustainability organizations within the textile supply chain) • Profound knowledge in textile processing and manufacturing chain • Selling experience and meeting budget line • National/International travel experience • Excellent people skills and eloquent networker • Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude • Organizational skills and high level of independency • Solution oriented • Additional language skill of advantage
