📋 Description

• Support development and delivery of technical training programs for Medical device segment employees • Prepare and maintain core training courses related to medical devices, EU MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP • Convert raw training material into e-learning modules • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content effectiveness and defined learning outcomes • Provide routine administrative support to the competence and training team • Manage training certificates, enrolments, and training record uploads into CAPCAP • Collaborate with CV reviewers • Assist with peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews • Support scheduling CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review activities • Track new trainees' progression and qualification status • Maintain current knowledge of medical device regulations to ensure compliant training materials and delivery methods

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Ability to effectively impart knowledge and support the learning process • Proficiency in online and face-to-face training methodologies • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly • Ability to prioritize internal stakeholder needs and expectations • Ability to manage projects and collaborate within a team environment • Ability to establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships • Experience in the medical devices field, gained in the IVD/MD industry • Proven experience progressively training technical skills, preferably within multinational organizations, using online and face-to-face methodologies • Ability to set priorities and work with minimum supervision • Bachelor level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects or modules • Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence • CV must be submitted in English
