📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters • Serve as primary client contact and maintain consistent, high-quality client communication • Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and risk/value assessments • Draft demand packages and pre-litigation submissions • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations • Prepare matters for litigation handoff when necessary • Handle a limited number of cases that proceed into litigation, as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar • 1–7 years of legal experience (employment law preferred) • Strong client management and communication skills • Excellent writing and negotiation ability • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large caseload • Business-minded approach to case valuation and resolution • Litigation experience is a plus but not required
