📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives supporting organizational goals • Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and availability • Drive innovation in technology solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions with business processes • Manage the technology budget and allocate resources cost-effectively • Develop and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures for compliance and data security • Mentor and develop the technology team • Ensure successful deployment and maintenance of technology systems and applications • Analyze emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning • Maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure service quality and value

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience required • 3+ years of experience working in a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment • 1+ years of management experience preferred • Ability to travel 20% • Expert-level expertise leveraging cloud-based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data on the internet • Expert-level ability to maintain, manage, and optimize data communication networks and systems • Expert-level proficiency with Data Center solutions from Dell, HPE, Cisco, PURE, etc. • Expert-level ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and infrastructure solutions • Expert-level project oversight and completion abilities • Expert-level data examination, cleaning, transformation, and modeling skills • Strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, change management, problem-solving, communication, technical expertise, collaboration, continuous improvement, and decision-making competencies
