📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. • Coordinate and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and logistics. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expenses, and reports. • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making. • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive. • Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and events. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professional with 7+ years of work experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate environment. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. • High level of discretion and professionalism.
