📋 Description
• Design and implement scalable AI + human-in-the-loop support systems • Build tools for pregnancy planning, tracking, and clinician workflows • Collaborate with founders to set technical priorities and product roadmap • Establish a robust, maintainable codebase from the ground up • Ensure data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance as the platform scales • Ship new features rapidly and thoughtfully, iterating based on user feedback • (Eventually) mentor and recruit engineers as the team grows
🎯 Requirements
• 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience (preferably in fast-paced startups) • Strong backend and database architecture skills • Experience with React Native (our current mobile stack) and modern frameworks • Proven ability to ship production-ready products quickly • Strong understanding of system design and architecture • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — this role interacts daily with the founding team • High English proficiency required (daily communication with U.S. founders) • Preferred: prior experience in healthtech, HIPAA compliance, or regulated data systems • Bonus: experience building mobile apps (iOS/Android) or AI/ML products
