📋 Description
• Lead and support EPC Agreement negotiations in partnership with Legal, Business Development, and Executive Leadership. • Identify and manage commercial, technical, and execution risks during negotiations. • Maintain and evolve the project risk register from award through FNTP. • Ensure Owner contract deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and met. • Develop a complete and executable project plan for Operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field. • Strong understanding of EPC contracts, scheduling, and risk management. • Proficient in budget and cash flow analysis. • Solar EPC construction management experience highly preferred.
