📋 Description

• Work across a diverse software portfolio rather than a single product • Improve user interfaces for simulation control tools • Add optimisation workflows • Fix bugs in C++ codebases • Build MCP servers for LLM integration • Make existing tools usable by AI agents • Design tool interfaces that work reliably when controlled by an LLM • Build agent pipelines integrating with simulation workflows • Start new projects from scratch • Potentially lead a project end-to-end after building domain familiarity and demonstrating ownership • Consider both scientist usability and AI-agent usability when designing tools

🎯 Requirements

• C++ Programming Language • BS in Computer Science or applicable experience • Must be fluent in English • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in this type of role • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred • Curiosity, ability to learn quickly, and enjoyment of building tools for serious technical users • No prior background in simulation or optimisation expected; domain knowledge is learnable with support
