• 15+ years of leadership experience in HVAC, home services, facilities management, or a related operationally intensive industry • Proven track record leading multi-site or regional operations ($100M+ revenue) • Experience in PE-backed, roll-up, or platform environments preferred • Strong financial acumen, with deep understanding of P&L management and value-creation levers • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and integrating decentralized businesses • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel across the Western region (50–70%)
