β’ Take full ownership of B2B CRM efforts and act as key link between B2B and global CRM teams β’ Setup and continuously optimize B2B CRM campaigns across 9 corporate countries (US and EU) β’ Execute tests, analyze performance data, and identify trends to maximize revenue from digital acquisition and sales β’ Conceptualize and implement ad-hoc, informational, and promotional one-shot campaigns in CRM tool β’ Collaborate with Tech, Brand, and Sales Enablement on templating and copywriting β’ Manage data, track results, and create performance reports β’ Work closely with Team Lead to ensure performance targets are met
β’ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field β’ Experience managing e-mail marketing campaigns β’ Knowledge of latest e-mail marketing trends and agile team experience β’ Full proficiency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German) a plus β’ Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets β’ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus) β’ Curiosity and ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment β’ Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or SaaS
