⢠The position of Fresh HR Executive is integral to our organization as it plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and HR processes. ⢠The Fresh HR Executive will contribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records accurately. ⢠Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. ⢠Supporting HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. ⢠Participating in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires. ⢠Assisting with employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and handling HR-related inquiries. ⢠Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation. ⢠Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. ⢠Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals. ⢠Managing HR communication channels and facilitating internal communications. ⢠Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. ⢠Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development programs. ⢠Participating in performance management processes and supporting employee evaluations. ⢠Assisting in benefits administration and employee welfare programs. ⢠Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed. ⢠Participating in HR meetings and contributing to team discussions and initiatives. ⢠Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
