📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical vision for enterprise applications, integration platforms, and digital capabilities supporting operations and supply chain transformation • Align technology investments with business objectives and ensure solutions scale across multiple functions and geographies • Establish architectural standards, reference patterns, and engineering best practices for enterprise systems • Lead the design of resilient, scalable, and secure platforms • Define integration strategies across critical business processes with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders • Champion API-first, event-driven, and data-centric architectures • Evaluate emerging technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration capabilities • Guide technology selection and investment decisions • Establish standards for software quality, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability • Drive engineering excellence through scalable development practices, automation, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement • Mentor engineers, foster architectural alignment, enable knowledge sharing, and improve developer productivity • Report to the Head of Enterprise Systems Engineering and partner with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or manufacturing-adjacent environments • Hands-on experience with React.js, microservices/serverless, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS • Meaningful experience delivering supply chain, procurement, or e-commerce systems at OEM or Tier-1 scale • Deep familiarity with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native design patterns • Experience operating systems at production scale with real SLAs • Strong grasp of API design, event-driven messaging, and EDI integration patterns • Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms and their integration patterns • Ability to operate in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments • Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and board-level audiences
