📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with administrators and stakeholders • Develop and maintain automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes • Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions are performant, secure, and maintainable • Support release management, including version control, sandbox management, and deployment through Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines • Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap planning • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce org • Produce technical documentation, including design specs, data flow diagrams, and runbooks • Mentor junior developers and administrators and promote best practices • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Sales Operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams • Contribute to architectural decisions and shape Salesforce platform evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Experience developing and maintaining automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes • Experience conducting code reviews and upholding development standards • Experience with release management, version control, sandbox management, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience participating in architectural reviews and platform strategy and roadmap planning • Experience troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce technical issues • Experience producing technical documentation, including design specs, data flow diagrams, and runbooks • Experience mentoring junior developers and administrators • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification is desirable • Experience with Marketing Cloud development (AMPscript, SSJS, APIs) is desirable • Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms is desirable
