📋 Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales Development Representative to support the launch of Arvios' marketing initiatives. • This role involves qualifying prospects for our premium staff augmentation services, educating potential clients about the benefits of our embedded partnership model, and setting high-quality discovery calls for our CEO. • You'll be the first voice prospects hear from Arvios, representing our commitment to relationship-first business development. • Conduct professional phone calls to prospects who complete our "Staffing Challenge Assessment." • Use our systematic scoring framework to qualify leads for 3-person minimum team commitments. • Assess prospect infrastructure readiness, including SOPs, training capabilities, and decision-making authority. • Verify budget allocation and timeline for staffing solutions. • Document detailed qualification notes in our Kartra CRM system. • Educate prospects on WHY Arvios delivers superior results compared to traditional BPO providers. • Articulate HOW our embedded partnership model reduces costs and improves operational efficiency. • Address common objections about outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns. • Build rapport and trust through professional, consultative conversations. • Schedule high-quality discovery calls with our CEO for qualified prospects only. • Provide comprehensive prospect briefings, including pain points, infrastructure assessment, and qualification scores. • Maintain detailed prospect tracking with all qualification attempts in Kartra CRM. • Update lead scores, qualification status, and comprehensive conversation notes.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication with professional phone presence • Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally • Experience building rapport quickly and representing premium service offerings • Strong listening skills to identify prospect pain points and infrastructure challenges • Confidence in discussing initial staffing investment and business ROI • BPO/Staffing Industry Experience Strongly Preferred - understanding of outsourcing challenges and benefits • Previous experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service • Familiarity with call center operations, customer service challenges, or staff augmentation • Understanding of business operations and staffing pain points • Experience overcoming objections related to outsourcing or offshore services • Experience with CRM systems (Kartra experience preferred but not required) • Comfortable with lead scoring systems and qualification frameworks • Proficiency with Zoom, email management, and calendar coordination • Strong internet research skills and database management • Ability to learn and utilize sales automation tools effectively • High persistence and resilience in qualifying challenging prospects • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM documentation • Empathy for business owners dealing with staffing challenges and operational inefficiencies • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Professional demeanor when representing Arvios' premium positioning • Personal experience with offshore team management or remote workforce coordination preferred • Previous experience selling staff augmentation, BPO services, or business process solutions preferred • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, financial services, or legal industry operations preferred • Understanding of small business challenges with hiring, training, and employee retention preferred • Experience with consultative selling vs. transactional qualification approaches preferred • Remote work experience with demonstrated self-management capabilities preferred
