âą Own a portfolio of national accounts representing Snappt's largest and most complex client relationships âą Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing partnerships âą Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise partnerships with top-tier multifamily ownership and fee management companies âą Build and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite, VP, and portfolio leadership âą Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and long-term client health âą Represent Snappt at major industry events including NAA Apartmentalize and NMHC âą Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue activity in Salesforce âą Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer internally, providing market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Leadership
âą 5+ years of enterprise or national account sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder deals âą Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry, fee management structures, ownership hierarchies, and how large PMCs evaluate and buy technology âą Proven ability to sell into the C-suite and navigate large organizations âą Experience managing a book of business at the national or enterprise level âą Strong commercial instincts, you know how to find expansion revenue and build urgency âą CRM discipline with consistent Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting âą Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills âą Proptech or SaaS sales background strongly preferred âą Ability to travel
