📋 Description

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses for open assignments. • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. • Manage the full recruitment process — from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding. • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive experiences and retention. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing targets and client needs. • Maintain accurate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting travel nurses for healthcare staffing agencies (minimum 2 years preferred). • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals. • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
