📋 Description

• Establishes comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks for regional delivery teams to validate architecture and mitigate delivery risks. • Directly oversees multiple concurrent, complex enterprise modernization workstreams moving from legacy platforms to Snowflake. • Negotiates complex, high-stakes SOWs and advises customer senior management and C-suite stakeholders on technical debt minimization, risk mitigation, and modernization ROI. • Establishes clear regional operational objectives, delegates assignments to lower managers, and guides team performance. • Owns regional delivery revenue targets, drives quarterly forecast accuracy, and maintains strict adherence to long-term regional work plans and budgets. • Maintains full hire-to-headcount accountability for the regional talent lifecycle, ensuring teams are scaled and actively mentored in alignment with regional business plans.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. • Minimum 12 years of experience in technical delivery, post-sales architecture, or management consulting; minimum 5 years of people management experience. • Outstanding executive communication and client management skills. • Deep foundational knowledge of cloud migrations and large-scale legacy database technologies (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata, etc.). • Proven track record of hitting targets across Regional Delivery Revenue, Forecast Accuracy, Budget Adherence, and Regional Talent Retention. • Demonstrated capability or readiness to participate with senior management in establishing global delivery objectives, long-term work plans, and global strategic goals.
