📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within the POD, predominantly on Meta and sometimes TikTok • Audit ad accounts and use account/Triple Whale data to inform strategy and optimisations • Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate paid social strategy into account actions • Test and scale creative produced internally and externally • Track client targets and provide proactive updates, including pacing updates against monthly goals • Report key learnings, bottlenecks and recommended future direction to the Growth Strategist • Ensure account actions align with objectives and KPIs • Maintain ad account hygiene through clear structure and naming conventions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands • TikTok experience is a plus but not essential • Experience leading budgets of $250k+/month • Experience across a range of DTC categories is a plus • Understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce • Exceptional research skills • Ability to own an ad account end-to-end • Ability to work with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms
