📋 Description

• Drive strategic engagement and long-term partnerships across priority hospital and regional accounts. • Build and execute account plans, deliver compliant scientific information to HCPs, capture and report insights on product use and safety. • Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve territory objectives. • Monitor drug use and adverse events reported by healthcare professionals. • Define local activities and steps to reach objectives in the area of competence. • Improve knowledge on the therapeutic area through participation in meetings, refresher courses, and self-learning. • Organize and plan own activities and report to the NSM using available informatics tools. • Apply legislative and company requirements concerning drug scientific information and drug safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, pharmacy) or healthcare-related fields. • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector. • Prior experience in rare diseases or hematology is highly preferred. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, tender management, and market development. • Strong ability to communicate complex medical information to diverse stakeholders. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). • Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and offering tailored solution.
