âą 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions. âą Experience selling to security leaders, engineering leaders, platform teams, or developer-focused organizations. âą Curiosity about software development, open source, cloud infrastructure, and modern security practices. âą Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. âą Demonstrated success building pipeline in new or developing territories through a combination of outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and relationship-driven selling. âą Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth environment where processes, messaging, and strategy are still evolving. âą Experience navigating a variety of deal sizes and sales motions, from transactional commercial opportunities to complex enterprise procurement processes. âą A collaborative mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships throughout the sales process. âą Strong written and verbal communication and experience communicating at every level including the C-Suite. âą The best candidates for Socket are talented, hard working, competitive, and not afraid to fail.
