📋 Description

• Conducting Fire Risk Assessments • Performing Fire Compartmentation & Integrity Surveys • Carrying out Fire Door Inspection

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years current experience of conducting full and comprehensive fire risk assessments • Working knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 • Full understanding of building regulations and the associated requirements for fire safety • Understanding and knowledge of the requirements for compartmentation within construction • Detailed knowledge of British Standards relating to fire safety and installations • Identify hazards and associated risks, provide guidance to manage risks • Produce detailed reports using SOCOTEC UK Limited templates
