âą You build scalable CRM strategies that have a direct impact on our revenue and customer lifetime value. âą You design, develop and optimize email, WhatsApp and SMS flows, ensuring clear, high-performing communication across the entire customer journey. âą In close collaboration with our performance team, you develop funnel logic that systematically converts paid leads into buyers. âą You craft nurturing sequences and provide input for copy and creatives so our ads can scale more profitably. âą You identify customer needs and turn them into targeted flows that drive repeat purchases, prevent churn and build loyal customer relationships. âą You write high-converting copy that is emotional, clear and relevant. âą You analyze customer behavior, run A/B tests, interpret data from Klaviyo, Shopify & co., and continuously optimize.
âą You have experience designing, building and scaling email and automation flows. âą You have worked with leads, understand how nurturing works, and know the interface to paid ads. âą You understand psychological triggers, storytelling and conversion copy. âą You can read numbers, spot patterns and derive concrete actions from them. âą Retention KPIs, CLTV/CLTP, churn and cohort analysis are not foreign to you. âą You are an expert-level Klaviyo user, understand Shopify events and data structures, can correctly interpret tracking setups (UTMs, attribution, event tracking) and confidently use Klaviyo analytics to make data-driven decisions. âą You independently identify potential, think ahead, contribute ideas and execute them.
