📋 Description

• Repair and maintain floorcare machines at customer sites across Southwest London • Attend breakdowns and maintenance visits on customer sites • Deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers • Monitor and maintain van stock levels to support a positive first-time fix rate • Minimise machine downtime using remote diagnosis and remote fix options • Participate in all provided training • Maintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment • Plan work efficiently and productively • Keep Salesforce updated • Communicate with the Planning team regarding parts and incomplete jobs

🎯 Requirements

• Full Driving Licence (Essential) • Background in electrical or mechanical repair, such as cars, electrical wheelchairs, forklift trucks, motorcycle mechanics, white goods, or boiler repair (Essential) • Focus on quality and service excellence • Ability to work independently and on own initiative • Ability to work 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility required • Willingness to participate in all training provided • Ability to maintain PPE and work safely • Ability to use Salesforce and communicate with the Planning team
