📋 Description
• Support the technical needs of Philips Imaging customers and customer service partners • Work individually and as part of a wider team to install, maintain and repair imaging equipment • Provide field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues • Carry out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems • Diagnose mechanical, hardware and software system failures • Determine most cost effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime • Actively participate in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team • Report directly to the District Service Delivery Manager for the North East
🎯 Requirements
• HNC (NVQ Level 3 or higher) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable • Experienced logical problem solver with ability to work independently • Experienced in carrying out corrective and preventative works for Imaging Systems devices and equipment desirable • The ability to process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse product ranges • Recognize new technologies and adapts to daily challenges • Deliver high levels of customer service • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable • Standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check required for this role
