• Maintain and expand our business with channel partners • Prospect and acquire new channel partners • Manage and support channel partners, including C&C (Cash & Carry), office suppliers and food wholesalers • Design and execute acquisition strategies for new channel partners • Define and manage the funnel for new channel partners and sales channels • Prepare an annual business plan for channel partners • Manage and negotiate commercial terms with trade partners and monitor contracts • Design, develop and implement sales promotion activities and promotions with trade partners • Create and deliver presentations to trade partners, training sessions and public events • Ensure close collaboration with the sales organization
• Degree-level education (university, university of applied sciences or vocational academy) or equivalent practical experience • Strong communication skills across all levels of the customer organization and within Diversey • Knowledge of chemistry, products and the industry • Good written and spoken English • Team player with strong interpersonal skills • Good IT skills • Ability to work independently in organizing tasks, prioritizing and working toward objectives
