• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in Distributor Sales, Chemical Sales, Manufacturing, or Food Service • 2+ years of Food Safety and Sanitation experience preferred • Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills, and strong analytical skills • Expertise with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
