📋 Description

• Lead, coach and set standards for the TCS engineering team • Deliver training to engineers, office teams, sales teams, contractors and customers • Support new starter induction and ongoing development • Complete field service work for at least half of your working time • Work with Planning and Equipment teams to maximise efficiency and ensure up-to-date technical information • Align resources to meet goals, targets and service expectations • Create clear engineering briefs for rollouts and ensure full understanding across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of technical experience • A strong focus on service excellence • Passion for training, coaching and developing others • A keen eye for detail and high standards • Ability to inspire and motivate both peers and direct reports • Proven leadership skills through project work or team management • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
