📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary strategic advisor for account performance • Conduct business reviews evaluating KPIs, adoption trends, ROI, and growth opportunities • Develop account strategies focused on retention, expansion, and account health • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Vice Presidents, implementation teams, and product specialists • Maintain accurate customer records and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM • Deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to dealership leadership • Support revenue growth through renewals, upsell opportunities, and increased product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business consulting, dealership operations, or automotive technology • Knowledge of automotive technology, telematics, IoT-connected solutions, SaaS platforms, and customer lifecycle management • Strong understanding of dealership operations and aftermarket automotive solutions • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
