📋 Description

• Own product delivery execution for an expanding set of squads • Run sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Progressively enable teams to self-run under a common delivery standard • Establish delivery cadences, definitions of done, reporting, and ways of working • Bridge the New York–Europe gap through an async-first operating model • Produce written stand-up summaries and maintain a reliable decision log • Concentrate live ceremonies in the daily New York–London overlap window • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies across six squads and shared data/algorithm teams • Escalate risks before they affect program timelines • Partner with Product Managers on how work gets delivered • Track and report throughput, predictability, cycle time, and roadmap-to-execution alignment • Surface delivery risks to product and engineering leadership • Maintain Jira and Confluence as the source of truth, including clean epics, accurate timelines, and trusted reporting • Build standards, cadences, and tooling for predictable delivery across the product organization • Coach engineering leads to facilitate day-to-day ceremonies under established standards • Own delivery predictability and health across the product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years driving delivery for multiple technical teams — as a Technical Program Manager, senior Scrum Master across squads, or Agile Delivery Lead • Track record of establishing or maturing a delivery function or agile practice • Proven success facilitating distributed teams across time zones • Strong async communication and documentation instincts • Working command of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile • Hands-on fluency with Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting • Excellent facilitation and executive communication • Technical fluency to follow architecture and data conversations with engineering and data/algorithm teams • Maturity to introduce discipline into teams that currently run their own way, influencing without authority • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, and meeting synthesis; skilled at prompting effectively and validating outputs • Experience in fintech, capital markets, or RegTech, especially in a data- or algorithm-heavy product environment (nice to have) • Familiarity with trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, or crypto/digital asset markets (nice to have) • Experience standing up a delivery or PMO function inside a scaling Series B/C company (nice to have) • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, PMP, or SAFe certification (nice to have)
