• Realiza llamadas de reclutamiento salientes para captar, seleccionar y atraer nuevos talentos de cuidadores a la organización • Responde a referencias y consultas entrantes sobre nuestras oportunidades laborales y convierte exitosamente consultas en citas/entrevistas • Entrevista, selecciona y evalúa a todos los solicitantes • Participa en la realización de eventos de reclutamiento/ferias de trabajo • Presenta solicitudes • Elabora documentación • Coordina y realiza varias entrevistas al día • Gestiona investigaciones de antecedentes y referencias • Realiza seguimiento de procesos de contratación
🎯 Requirements
• 2 años de experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento en Estados Unidos, preferentemente en atención domiciliaria o salud • Proficiente en el uso de bolsas de trabajo (por ejemplo, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder) y sistemas ATS • Sólido dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Dominio avanzado de inglés – tanto escrito como hablado • Estudios de Bachillerato / Educación Media
