• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across Somnia L1 and the products built on top • Shape the marketing operating model so the team is structured around products and outcomes • Set the weekly operating rhythm: targets, reviews, post-mortems • Own the growth numbers • Run the full acquisition stack: organic content engines, paid, KOL programs, season campaigns, referral loops • Build the analytics layer that turns on-chain and community data into prioritization for the team • Own the master Somnia narrative • Define and protect the visual identity, tone of voice, and brand governance across every team and channel • Own retention across the product stack • Set the strategy for Discord, Telegram, X, and ecosystem comms • Own earned media strategy and tier-1 editorial relationships across crypto and mainstream tech • Lead the global events calendar • Partner with the product leads for DreamDEX, Prophecy, and future products as their commercial counterpart • Manage agency relationships, KOL contracts, and external creative partners
• 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role in a crypto-native company • A track record taking at least one Web3 product from early proof to category leadership • End-to-end ownership of the consumer crypto funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization • Genuine fluency in the competitive landscape across L1s, prediction markets, DEXs, and AI-x-crypto • A history of building and leading globally distributed marketing teams across product marketing, social, KOLs, events, paid media, comms & more • Analytical fluency • Player-coach operating style • Excellent written and spoken English
