• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors within the IT Services department. • Focus on optimizing, supporting, and expanding the Performance & Goals module. • Lead the implementation of the Onboarding 2.0 module from the ground up. • Ensure system integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. • Act as 2nd line support for Senior HRIS Analyst or HRIS Analysts for more complex queries. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations within SuccessFactors. • Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, security administration, and user management. • Develop and maintain system documentation, including workbooks, integration specifications, application catalogs, and help articles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. • Manage System upgrades and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on SuccessFactors and its Performance & Goals module. • Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within SuccessFactors. • Hands-on experience leading complex, large-scale data migrations with a strong focus on data validation, accuracy, and system integrity. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify system issues. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to provide end-user training and support. • Certification in SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding 2.0, is highly desirable. • Experience working within SCRUM or Agile delivery frameworks and managing deliverables through JIRA is desirable.
