📋 Description
• Support production operations. • Assist with software deployments and release activities. • Monitor production environments and troubleshoot operational issues. • Support configuration management and documentation. • Coordinate with software engineers and customer stakeholders to resolve production issues. • Support testing and implementation activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years supporting enterprise IT systems. • Experience supporting production environments. • Experience supporting software implementation activities. • Technical skills in IBM z/OS, JCL, Oracle, Cognos, Broadcom Endevor, Configuration Management. • Preferred: COBOL, IDMS, Enterprise financial systems, ERP or payroll applications
