📋 Description

• Own the events calendar end to end. • Design and produce a range of event formats. • Manage all event logistics. • Identify, build, and manage relationships with recruitment influencers, agency owners, and industry voices. • Build and grow a recruitment agency community. • Run events and partnership campaigns end to end.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in a B2B marketing, events, or partnerships role. • Deep personal network in the UK recruitment and agency space. • Proven ability to run events end to end. • Experience building influencer or partnership programmes. • Strong campaign instincts. • Excellent relationship builder. • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.
