📋 Description

• Independently conduct consultation and sales calls with prospective customers • Conduct consultation calls • Schedule appointments and prepare for and follow up on them • Lead conversations clearly and strategically, communicating with business owners as equals • Follow established sales processes • Accurately document conversations and activities • Work with a high level of activity and volume

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and analytical skills • Persuasiveness and a confident demeanor • High self-motivation and a strong drive to perform • Coachability and willingness to learn • Understanding of processes and discipline • Calm, pleasant voice and professional demeanor • Excellent German language skills at native-speaker level • Stable internet connection • Availability within the required time zone • Closing rate of at least 30%
