📋 Description

• Conduct independent consultation and sales calls with potential customers • Achieve a closing rate of at least 30% • Conduct consultation calls • Schedule appointments and handle preparation and follow-up • Structure conversations clearly and communicate with business owners as equals • Follow established processes and accurately document conversations and work steps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and analytical skills • Ability to listen attentively, ask the right questions, and quickly understand business needs • Persuasiveness and a confident presence • High self-motivation and strong commitment to performance • Coachability and willingness to learn • Understanding of processes and discipline • Calm, pleasant voice and professional demeanor • Excellent German skills at native-speaker level • Stable internet connection • Availability in a suitable time zone for remote work • Willingness to maintain a high level of activity and work with high volume • Ability to follow existing processes, document work accurately, and work in a structured manner
