📋 Description

• Build and deliver engaging training • Coach employees and managers • Advise managers before difficult decisions • Handle employee relations cases • Support organizational change • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes • Work in a fast-growing, changing remote environment with limited ready-made processes

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company • Experience designing and delivering training • Experience coaching people • Experience handling tough employee relations cases • Experience with organizational change • Commercial thinking • Bonus: ideas for using AI to improve HR
