📋 Description

• Research and identify new leads using LinkedIn and other platforms • Send cold outreach messages via LinkedIn, email, and social networks • Use tools like LeadIQ to generate personalized outreach • Book qualified meetings for the sales team • Track outreach activity and progress in HubSpot CRM • Keep lead lists and CRM records clean and organized • Hit weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Development and/or appointment setting • Have experience using CRM software like LeadIQ, HubSpot, or Sales Navigator (Experience with these tools is preferred, but similar experience is also welcome) • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. Include “SDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. • Are comfortable speaking on video calls. • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH because of calling during US business hours). • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
