📋 Description
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, PMax, and Shopping. • Continuously monitor performance and make proactive, data-driven adjustments. • Conduct deep analysis to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and overall profitability. • Run structured A/B tests, creative tests, bidding experiments, and landing page optimizations. • Provide clear before/after optimization documentation with insights and reasoning. • Prepare reports that highlight trends, results, and strategic recommendations. • Efficiently manage large budgets and national campaigns, ensuring proper pacing and allocation.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads • Knowledge in Google Ads, including search, display, and shopping campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. • Experience in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools • Ability to think creatively and test new ad strategies. • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. • Include the word “Google Ads Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. • Are comfortable speaking on video calls. • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap). • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
