📋 Description

• Participate in the development, submission, and review of sales proposals • Partner with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments on bid responses • Execute the proposal lifecycle from receipt of request through completion and delivery • Create graphics, write and edit content, proofread, format, and maintain version control • Ensure proposals comply with submittal guidelines and internal organizational standards • Communicate with team members to meet milestones and address critical bid-winning tasks • Maintain and update a database of approved proposal content • Analyze contract costs, risks, and benefits and price proposals accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or international equivalent • 0–2 years of relevant experience • Basic skill set and proficiency within the field • Ability to develop and package responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Ability to analyze costs, risks, and benefits of proposed contracts and price proposals • Proposal writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and graphics creation • Version control and content database maintenance • Ability to ensure compliance with submittal guidelines and internal standards • Ability to collaborate with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments
