📋 Description

• Provide remote-based SAP 4th-level support for global customers across various industries • Resolve complex SAP Finance issues requiring expert-level business process, SAP configuration, and functional skills • Develop strong support-based relationships with clients through excellent customer focus, communication, and friendly interaction • Track issues from start to closure to continuously drive customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot customer issues remotely using extensive SAP experience and analytical skills • Provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support for urgent customer issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or South Africa • Excellent customer focus and communication • Friendly interaction and passion to help customers • 18+ years of expert-level SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance experience • Good understanding of e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements across multiple countries • Experience with SAP DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance) • Interpretation of country-specific legal requirements and translation to SAP solutions • Senior consultancy experience in configuration and support • Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment • Proactive approach to learning and adapting new skills as required • Nice to have: Treasury • Nice to have: SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) • Nice to have: SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) • Nice to have: Product Costing and Material Ledger • Nice to have: Fixed Assets • Nice to have: Debugging skills
