📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, Android/iOS platforms, and APIs • Perform black box, white box, integration, and performance testing of web and Android/iOS platforms • Track and record product issues, analyse problems, and provide corrective feedback • Write test plans, test cases, and test reports according to feature requirements • Share test-related information with team members • Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios • Participate in team discussions and challenge requirements and acceptance criteria for clarity and testability • Create automated web, mobile, and API test cases • Track and analyse automated tests to improve efficiency • Develop automated tests and test frameworks • Improve the Continuous Integration pipeline • Help automate software engineering processes • Review designs and code and provide constructive feedback • Continuously develop technical skills • Mentor less experienced team members • Identify and execute opportunities to improve or establish quality processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA engineering with full-stack testing experience • Proven experience leading QA teams or QA initiatives • Solid understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing • Experience with web, Android, iOS, and API manual testing • Experience with web debugging and API testing tools, including Chrome DevTools and Postman • Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL • Strong experience with Python • Automation testing knowledge with REST APIs • Experience in test automation for Android and iOS mobile apps • Experience in automation testing for web apps using Selenium or Playwright • Experience developing and running a Continuous Integration system • Docker and Kubernetes experience would be advantageous • Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins would be advantageous • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, would be beneficial • BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering would be beneficial
