📋 Description

• Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact • Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a cohesive ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ plan • Lead cross-team collaboration for initiatives spanning multiple internal teams • Coordinate deliverables from external partners as necessary • Create and manage tickets supporting the roadmap • Assign project-level resources and manage scheduling • Drive process improvements, including ETA accuracy and code quality • Provide accurate, on-demand status updates to stakeholders • Run all team ceremonies and meetings • Drive resolution of production issues • Maintain keen attention to detail and pride in the product

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in EU timezone • Fluent in written and spoken English • Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred • Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework • Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Experience in working with UI/UX teams
