📋 Description

• Gain deep expertise in Spotify’s revenue platform. • Design and implement scalable backend and data systems. • Build intuitive, self-serve tools for Finance teams. • Develop and enhance modular platform capabilities. • Lead creation of new platform capabilities in Tax Solutions. • Partner with Engineers, Product, and Finance stakeholders. • Champion engineering best practices and operational excellence. • Foster a collaborative team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines. • Foundational understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms. • Familiarity with cloud-native development, ideally within Google Cloud Platform. • Good communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with others. • Thrives in ambiguous and fast-changing environments. • Empathy for users in platform engineering. • Care for code quality, testing, and documentation. • Naturally curious and self-motivated. • Ability to clarify and align with engineering, finance, and product partners.
