• Act as the final point of contact during the application process. • Address any remaining questions or concerns before finalizing the application. • Present and sell loan products based on customer’s needs. • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to convert hesitations into successful outcomes. • Guide customers through final steps ensuring satisfaction. • Provide clear financial education about product benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services. • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation. • Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
