📋 Description

• Log into Sprintlaw’s platform and select desired projects • Decide when to work, project volume, and type of work • Use Sprintlaw’s online project management systems, automated invoicing system, and workflow automations • Work with end clients to deliver fixed-fee legal projects • Follow Sprintlaw’s brand guidelines to provide a consistent client experience • Keep Sprintlaw updated on changing capacity • Provide legal services for startups and small businesses across company setup, contract review and negotiation, employment, capital raising, and data protection

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in broad commercial & corporate areas of law • Set up as a private company, either as a legal consultancy or independent SRA regulated law firm • Public Liability Insurance of at least £2m • Understanding of Sprintlaw’s mission to make legal services simple and efficient for small businesses • Ability to follow brand guidelines • Ability to keep Sprintlaw updated on changing capacity • Personable, with experience working directly with clients • Tech-savvy and able to operate technology platforms • Excellent communication skills • Experience in commercial law, corporate structuring & capital raising, employment law, intellectual property including trade mark applications and oppositions, franchising, NFP and charity set up, or data privacy compliance
