📋 Description

• Develop user-friendly, high-performance web applications using React and/or Node.js • Integrate with clinical systems and design robust, scalable backend logic • Contribute to the architecture, modularization, and scaling of our application stack • Integrate modern technologies (e.g., AI, HL7/FHIR, real-time components) • Work closely with UX/UI, product management, and project teams to implement practical, user-focused features

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field • Several years of hands-on experience in software development • Strong understanding of software design patterns and software and system architecture • Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud technologies • Experience integrating AI technologies and machine learning is a plus • Knowledge of medical IT standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM is a plus • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to efficiently tackle complex challenges • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-organization and problem-solving skills • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with software developers, IT administrators, and clinical partners • Interest in the healthcare sector and working with hospital IT systems • Excellent German and English skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders
