📋 Description

• Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner, with live chat as the primary channel and queue-based work making up around 90% of the role • Troubleshoot and guide customers through Account, Billing, Domain, and other transactional inquiries • Independently meet Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction targets across email and live chat • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements • Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues • Report to a Customer Support Team Lead • Complete mandatory virtual training during September 28th–October 9th

🎯 Requirements

• Open availability for a 40-hour work week spanning weekends and holidays • 1+ years of required customer-facing experience in a similar role, such as retail, hospitality, or online support • Expertise in written communication and ability to identify spelling and grammar errors • Proficiency in decoding conversations, identifying causes, and aligning on end goals • Ability to prioritize competing requests • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform • Consistent and dependable WiFi • Dedicated personal workspace free from distractions and fully customer-focused • Must live in one of these states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah • Must have a dedicated home office setup • Must be available for mandatory virtual training from September 28th–October 9th • International work arrangements and digital nomad lifestyles are not supported
